В частности, непослушание ребенка может быть совершенно не связано с его нервозностью: оно характерно и тихим, замкнутым личностям. - Ребенок знает, что ему все сойдет с рук. Такое часто замечено за детьми, которых с первого дня окружили не просто заботой и любовью, а показали, что они – центр семьи, что ради них будет сделано абсолютно все. При этом кто-то из малышей будет пользоваться положением аккуратно, а кто-то проявит эгоистичную капризную натуру, выставляя «не хочу» и «не буду» на первый план и требуя с этим считаться. Нередко капризы демонстрируются не только дома, но и в общественном месте.
- Ребенок не боится наказания. Причина даже не в возможной мягкости карательных мер, а в том, что произошла ситуация, обратная предыдущей. Если ребенок с детства не получает должной степени внимания, выделиться негативно (непослушанием, действиями наперекор и т. д.) – самый верный и очевидный путь, пусть даже за ним следует ссора с родителями.
Что делать, если ребенок не слушается в 5 лет? Советы психолога для молодых родителей на этот период преимущественно заключаются в необходимости уделить внимание малышу. Однако ключевые проблемы решаются по-разному: недостаток тепла и ласки восполнить немного легче, чем разобраться с «вседозволенностью». Последняя требует показать ребенку, что его привилегированное положение в семье не равняется всеобщим ему поклонением. Умейте ему отказывать, но так, чтобы была понята причина Вашего «нет».
Почему ребенок проявляет агрессию?
Вопрос негативного отношения к окружающим в данном блоке рассматривается не через призму капризов и плохого поведения, а как невозможность мягко контактировать с людьми. Это могут быть скандалы с родителями, ссоры и даже драки со сверстниками и более старшими ребятами, постоянное противостояние с братьями/сестрами. Т.е. преимущественно неумение грамотно выстраивать общение, отсутствие должных коммуникационных навыков. При этом предпосылки к агрессии у детей дошкольного и младшешкольного возраста разнятся в зависимости от того, на кого она направлена.
- Грубость по отношению к родителям (бабушки-дедушки тоже включены в эту категорию) преимущественно исходит из того, что ребенок не видит в них авторитета. Вновь причиной тому неправильное воспитание, «вседозволенность». При этом учитывайте, что авторитет – не диктатор, не деспот: эта роль зарабатывается уважением, а не поклонением.
- Ссоры с братьями/сестрами могут быть также вызваны привилегированным положением малыша, который начинает ревновать родителей к другим детям. В больших семьях при разном отношении родителей к каждому из детей такое случается не реже, чем усиление эгоистичного начала у одинокого ребенка.
- Ссоры со сверстниками, вплоть до драк, могут быть как обычным выяснением лидирующего звена и простым проявлением личностных качеств, так и следствием неумения контактировать с другими детьми.
- Агрессия к окружающим в общественном месте вытекает из неправильного воспитания, в процессе которого ребенку не объяснили, что он не один во Вселенной и должен соблюдать установленные нормы.

Отдельно стоит упомянуть появление агрессии в ответ на наказания. Зачастую она возникает в случае, когда ребенок не понимает причину такого поступка со стороны родителей, особенно если это рукоприкладство. Психологи советуют вызывать раскаяние у детей не грубой мерой, а через провокацию его самостоятельного осуждения собственного поведения. Это сложнее, чем ударить ремнем, но значительно действеннее.
Нервное возбуждение у ребенка
Психологи утверждают, что «нервный» и «трудный» – определения характера отнюдь не врожденные. В ребенке могут быть заложены определенные черты, но их развитие определено воспитанием. Кроме того, некоторые родители невольно дают определение «нервного» и «гиперактивного» детям, которые просто нуждаются в большей доле внимания, нежели остальные. Но помимо этого есть еще несколько внешних факторов.
Основные признаки сильного нервного возбуждения:
- плаксивость;
- раздражительность и быстрая смена действий (сел читать, через пару минут выбросил книжку);
- говорит, не слушая ответов;
- при виде нового человека впадает в истерику или просто громко кричит;
- бессонница.
Одной из предпосылок к такому могут быть перенесенные травмы черепно-мозгового отдела. Явление временное, если физически состояние ребенка пришло в норму, и остались только психические проявления, которые нужно корректировать. Возраст в таком случае роли не играет.
Менее серьезный (но одновременно и более) фактор – родители и воспитание. Психологи подразделяют этот блок на несколько ключевых групп:
- Частые ссоры в семье, приводящие к психоэмоциональному напряжению ребенка (чем младше он, тем сложнее переносит разногласия между близкими, даже если слышит лишь отголоски скандала, а не является центральным участником). Сюда же относится развод.
- Гиперзабота, которая выливается в постоянный контроль действий ребенка и проявление постоянного беспокойства. Малыш, который чувствует тревожность со стороны мамы/папы, сам неосознанно начинает бояться того же, теряя самостоятельность и уверенность в себе.
- Сильное давление со стороны родителей. Наблюдается преимущественно у школьников, но возможно и в более раннем возрасте. В первую очередь это огромный круг обязанностей, наложенный на малыша не по возрасту, постоянные придирки, упреки, требования. Ребенок, находясь в состоянии перманентного напряжения, боится сделать лишний шаг, чтобы не получить выговор или даже просто не заметить неодобрение в глазах родителей.
