Любой праздник, а тем более первый день рождения, должен планироваться исходя из потребностей именинника. Что касается годовалых малышей, то в их случае нужно исходить из психологических и физиологических особенностей возраста. Это:

  • любопытство;
  • смена настроения;
  • быстрое переключение видов деятельности (психологи установили, что годовалый малыш может концентрировать внимание на одном занятии не более 7-10 минут).

Нельзя не принимать во внимание и характер и темперамент именинника: для подвижных деток праздник может быть более протяженным по времени, с большим количеством приглашенных и разнообразной увеселительной программой. Ради детей спокойных лучше отказаться от слишком шумного и многолюдного мероприятия.

Кого приглашать на первый день рождения?

Конечно, первый день рождения – это в большей степени праздник для взрослых. Однако крохе торжество тоже должно принести массу положительных эмоций. Поэтому в этот день рядом должны быть только близкие, хорошо знакомые ребенку люди. Если малыш увидит новые лица, то вряд ли будет расположен веселиться и что-то делать у незнакомцев на руках.

Что касается приглашения детей, то такой вариант тоже возможен. Правда, есть одно «но»: ровесники ребенка способны превратить праздник в ад со слезами, истериками и капризами, если тот продлится дольше часа. Где отмечать?

Место проведения праздника играет большую роль. И оно напрямую зависит от сезона, в котором исполнятся ребенку годик. Где отметить день рождения, например, летом? Есть несколько вариантов:

  • дома (самый популярный вариант, так как ребенок находится в атмосфере, к которой привык).
  • кафе, если на празднике будет еще ребятня, — обязательно с детской площадкой и няней, которая присмотрит за детками;
  • на природе. Только учтите, что малышу может стать некомфортно в непривычной обстановке, и вам придется быстро возвращаться домой. Поэтому транспорт должен быть наготове;
  • в бассейне или аквапарке. Если ребенок любит плавать, то можно отметить день рождения в его любимой стихии. К тому же аквапарк позволяет соединить 2 предыдущих варианта в 1: есть и кафе, и открытый воздух.

Зимние, осенние и весенние дни рождения не столь разнообразны по месту проведения. Но это не значит, что они будут уступать по степени веселья!

Оформление

Кого мы сегодня обнимаем?» и т. д. Взрослой части приглашенных понравится конкурс «Весы»: каждый становится на весы с карапузом на руках — выигрывает тот, кто окажется «самым тяжелым». Также можно в течение праздника собирать коробочку важных вещиц к 18-летию ребенка: положить туда пожелания гостей на листочках бумаги, бирочку с указанием времени рождения и веса и т. д.

Для самого малыша есть такое интересное задание-предсказание. Перед ним выкладываются предметы – выбрав один, он определит символ своей судьбы:

  • головка чеснока – крепкое здоровье;

  • ручка – связь с наукой;
