Но если речь идет о человечке 11-12 месяцев от роду, то его нрав во многом «куем» мы, родители. Важную роль в этом играет дисциплина и распорядок. Каким должен быть режим дня годовалого ребёнка?
Сон – основа основ
Любовь родителей, еда и сон – главные жизненные приоритеты малыша до года. В дальнейшем список будет расширяться, но пока этот триединый союз формирует быт всей семьи, причем график зависит от сна карапуза. И режим дня годовалого ребенка по часам — такой важный и нужный для формирования личности малыша — подчиняется именно тому, в какое время у вас «сиеста». Речь идет именно о сне днем, так как ночной у всех деток более-менее одновременный – 21.00-22.00 плюс-минус 30-40 минут. Что же касается дневного отдыха, то здесь возможны варианты.
График, предусматривающий 2 дневных сна
К 8-9 месяцам (а некоторые дети и того раньше) ребенок привыкает спать 2 раза в день по 1-1,5 часа. Ночью карапуз отправляется в постель около 21.00. В рамках этой разновидности режима предполагается 2 прогулки — до обеда и после 2-го сна. Такой график называется досадиковским:
подъем, утренний туалет – 07.00;
- 1-й завтрак — 07.30;
- игры – 08.00-08.30;
- 2-й завтрак – 09.00;
- 1-й сон – 09.30-10.30;
- прогулка – 11.00-12.00;
- обед – 12.30;
- игры – 13.00-15.00;
- полдник – 15.00;
- 2-й сон – 15.30-17.00;
- прогулка – 17.30-18.30;
- ужин – 19.00;
- вечерний туалет – 19.30-20.30;
- спокойные игры – 21.00;
- ночной сон – 21.30-07.00
Рассмотрим основные моменты режима обычного дня годовалого малыша. При этом надо учитывать, что время, отведенное на каждый этап, дано приблизительно. Ведь ребенок может чуть раньше проснуться утром, чуть позже лечь для первого сна – и все, график сбит до конца дня.
Питание
Довольно часто детки в год все еще находятся на грудном вскармливании. Так что из положенных 5 приемов пищи первый и последний – это грудное молоко. Оставшиеся 3 раза малыш кушает практически все, что входит в рацион взрослых членов семьи (кроме, конечно, жареного, копченого, пряного и шоколадного).
Игры
В возрасте 1-1,5 лет ребенок начинает активно двигаться, но при этом совершенно не чувствует опасности. Так что все игры должны проходить под чутким присмотром взрослых. Распорядок дня годовалого ребёнка предполагает комбинацию активных и спокойных игр. Обычно утром после первого завтрака рекомендуют подвижные занятия, после обеда – развивающие уроки, а перед сном – спокойные игры, например, чтение книг с родителями, прослушивание сказок.
График, предусматривающий 1 дневной сон
Этот график называется садиковским. И если вы планируете отдавать карапуза в детский сад в 1,5 года, то переходить на него нужно уже с 11 месяцев.

В распорядке дня годовалого ребёнка, в рамках которого малыш спит один раз, есть масса достоинств. Вот основные из них:
- ребенок приучается к режиму детского садика;
- родителям проще планировать свое свободное время, так как малыш спит днем около 3 часов;
- к ночному сну кроха успевает достаточно устать, чтобы быстро и крепко заснуть.
Питание
Обратите внимание на то, что завтракать карапуз должен не ранее 09.00. Если вы все еще кормите грудью, то дотянуть до этого времени после пробуждения будет легче. Если же ребенок уже полностью переведен на взрослый стол, то скоротать время до еды можно чаем с сушкой или галетным печеньем. Это не приведет к нарушению распорядка, тем более что перед тем, как отправиться в садик, вы обязательно будете кормить свое чадо завтраком. Так что пора начинать приучаться к такому ритму.
