Заботливые мамы, если им к тому же помогает природа, кормят ребенка грудью. Они считают, что на материнском молоке он вырастет здоровым с сильным иммунитетом. И это действительно так.

Однако есть дети, которые не могут усваивать материнское молоко, потому что там содержится особый фермент – лактоза.

Кормящие мамы очень удивляются и огорчаются этому факту. Ведь с первых дней жизни ребенок спокойно брал грудь, и ничего плохого не было. А спустя три недели грудное молоко перестало усваиваться детским организмом. Дело в том, что после родов у женщин выделяется еще не настоящее материнское молоко, а переходное. И вот когда оно по составу окончательно становится таким, какое наиболее полезно для детей, у некоторых новорожденных могут возникнуть проблемы.

Лактозная недостаточность – это снижение или отсутствие фермента, расщепляющего лактозу грудного молока. Вследствие недостатка этого фермента возникают проблемы с животиком, с кишечником, с пищеварением. У младенца это проявляется в излишней плаксивости, повышенном газообразовании, жидком стуле, болях в кишечнике, о которых он не может сказать Вам.

Лактозная недостаточность: симптомы

Признаками, по которым родители могут самостоятельно распознать лактозную недостаточность у новорожденных, являются:

  • жидкий частый стул с кислым запахом, пенистой консистенции;
  • вздутие живота;
  • плаксивость и беспокойство младенца во время или после кормления;
  • отклонения от нормы в весе (или излишний, или недостаточный);
  • обильные срыгивания, чаще и сильнее, чем обычно.

    У грудничка симптомы лактозной недостаточности следующие:

  • диарея после кормления грудью;
  • повышенное газообразование (метеоризм);
  • боли в животе;
  • плаксивость;
  • беспокойство;
  • недостаточная прибавка в весе.

    • Для лечения грудничка с лактозной недостаточностью маме запрещают кормить грудью и подбирают ребенку смесь для кормления.

    Есть и другой, более щадящий мам способ. Это использование препаратов, расщепляющих лактозу. В этом случае маме разрешается кормить ребенка грудным молоком, как и раньше. Давать можно сцеженное молоко, в котором и содержится особый препарат. Учтите, что это способ не для бедных родителей.

    Подозрения родителей о том, что у их ребенка лактозная недостаточность, должен подтвердить врач после соответствующего обследования. Ни в коем случае диагноз нельзя ставить без сдачи анализов. Ведь лактозную недостаточность у новорожденных можно спутать с обычным привыканием к новому типу кормления – материнским молоком или с более безобидными симптомами.

    Лечение грудничка с лактозной недостаточностью назначает только грамотный детский врач.

    Как правило, симптомы лактозной недостаточности могут быть безобидными и вовсе не говорить о её наличии. К 3-4 месяцам жизни, когда малыш привыкнет к грудному молоку, все симптомы могут пройти. Это говорит о том, что никакой лактозной недостаточности и не было – родители зря волновались.

    Но не будьте столь равнодушны и спокойны, если Вы наблюдаете у ребенка стойкие длительные проблемы со стулом (либо частый стул, либо наоборот очень редкий). В случае, если стул изменил свою консистенцию, обязательно обратитесь к врачу. Материнский инстинкт должен подсказать Вам, что с малышом что-то не так.

    И последнее – не бойтесь, что врач запретит Вам кормить Вашу кроху грудью. Ведь сейчас медицина – очень прогрессирующая отрасль, есть и другие способы помочь ребенку, не лишив Вас счастья кормления!
