Когда начать развивать память и внимание ребенка?
Развитие малыша с целом происходит с первых дней его жизни. Малышу открывается новый мир, полный интересных, ярких и непонятный вещей. С малышом стоит постоянно разговаривать, описывать все свои действия и окружающие предметы. Такой прием поможет малышу более успешно осваивать речь. Как только малыш начинает произносить первые звуки, маме стоит повторять за ребенком все его первые «слова». Это будет стимулировать малыша к активному развитию речи. Маме стоит с первых месяцев жизни малыша читать книжки ребенку. Это одновременно обогащает звуковое восприятие и приучает к статическому, но интересному занятию.
С чего начать развитие памяти и внимания ребенка?
С первых месяцев жизни мама должна подавать пример ребенку. Например, вашему малышу уже есть полгода, пора заниматься с кубиками, башенками и пирамидками. Мама для начала сидит с малышом, и спокойно, монотонно показывает, как собирать-разбирать пирамидку. Занятие должно длиться минимум 10 минут. И даже если малыш отвлекся и перенес свое внимание на другие предметы, мама продолжает свое занятие. Таким образом, мама подает пример усидчивости и внимания.
Чтение книг также является полезной привычкой для развития памяти и внимания ребенка. Малыш запоминает стихотворные строчки, изучает по картинкам предметы, цвета, зверюшек.
Игры, развивающие память и внимание
Целью таких игр является в игровой форме и с удовольствием развивать в ребенке внимание и память.
- Например, завяжите вашему ребенку глаза (или всем детям, которые принимают участие в игре) и спрячьте любимую игрушку. Не стоит прятать далеко, положите ее на самое видное место. Затем развяжите детям глаза и пусть они приступают к поискам. Побеждает тот, кто первым обнаружит спрятанную игрушку.
- Эта игра поможет развить память, внимание, восприятие предмета, наблюдательность. На столе перед ребенком надо разложить 10-15 различных небольших предметов в разном порядке. Ребенок должен изучить предметы и постараться запомнить их последовательность. Затем завяжите глаза малышу и поменяйте местами какие-нибудь предметы. Развяжите глаза. Далее ребенок должен определить где именно произошли изменения, рассказать вам об этом. В случае успеха обязательно похвалите кроху и дайте какой-нибудь приз.
- Следующую игру стоит проводить только в хорошо знакомом ребенку помещении. Возьмите несколько игрушек и разложите их в разных местах комнаты. Дайте ребенку 2-3 минуты на запоминание предметов и их месторасположение. Затем завяжите ребенку глаза и поставьте задачу найти все игрушки.
- Данная игра поможет вашему ребенку в развитии речи, мышления, внимания, умении сосредоточиться. Итак, смысл игры заключается в том, чтобы произносить слова по буквам и наоборот. В такую игру будет весело играть и целой компанией и наедине с ребенком. Начинать игру стоит с небольших слов, состоящих из 3 – 4 букв, затем увеличивая слова и скорость их произнесения. Со временем можно усложнить игру, произнося слова наоборот на скорость. Если ребенок уже хорошо знает алфавит, можно попрактиковаться в его быстром произношении.
- Эта игра будет особенно интересна детям, которые любят часами просиживать перед телевизором за просмотром любимых мультиков. Игра позволит вам превратить любимое занятие малыша еще и в очень полезное мероприятие. Итак, дайте посмотреть ребенку мультфильм, не слишком длинный, 3-4 минуты. Затем попросите пересказать его, желательно с цитированием наиболее интересных и забавных моментов. Если малыш затрудняется, помогите, задайте наводящие вопросы. Затем включите мультфильм снова и задача малыша уже озвучить мультик самостоятельно. Можно разобрать роли для всех членов семьи и такая игра превратиться в увлекательное семейное занятие.
