Как известно, в другой город можно попасть различным способом: доехать машиной, автобусом или поездом, прилететь самолетом. Каждый выбирает самостоятельно вид транспорта, удобный для поездки. Но когда в семье появляются дети, процесс выбора многократно затрудняется.
Поезд, как правило, является доступным способом добраться в конечный пункт назначения. Не во всех городах есть железная дорога, но там где она есть — кипит постоянное движение. Что же делать, если поездки с ребенком не избежать? Неужели следует готовиться к тому, что будет «весело» не только родителям, но и случайным попутчикам? Может, стоит сделать поездку веселой и увлекательной?
Рекомендации тем, кто решился проехаться в поезде
Необходимо составить список вещей. С одной стороны, довольно сложно полностью перечислить «зеленая кофточка — 1 шт, черные шорты — 2 шт. и т.д.». Дети очень быстро пачкают вещи, а в последний момент собирается то, что есть из чистого в наличии. С другой стороны, отсутствие списка может привести к большому перечню того, что будет забыто дома. Поэтому стоит найти «золотую середину». За неделю до поездки написать то, что сразу приходит в голову (мобильный, зарядное устройство, билеты, кошелек, туалетная бумага). Затем в процессе сборов дополнять его комментариями. Детскую одежду можно перечислять в общих чертах (шорты + футболка — 2 комплекта), а уже в процессе складывания вещей в сумки и чемоданы выбирать конкретную модель и расцветку.
Лучше взять больше еды, чем меньше. В чем-то данный совет имеет смысл: когда особо-то выйти некуда, печенье у проводников стоит существенно дороже того, что продается в магазине, необходимо запастись провиантом заранее. При этом следует адекватно воспринимать свои возможности. Например, в поездку длиной около 3-4 часов можно взять несколько бутербродов, фруктов, печенье, коробочки с йогуртом и запастись питьем. В более долгом пути надо продумать варианты полноценного приема пищи (можно отварить картофель, нежирные сорта мяса, взять помидоры или огурцы).
Продумать вопрос досуга. Для ребенка, как и взрослого, достаточно утомительно однообразие в жизни. И если поначалу исследование вагона, купе и собственного места занимает некоторое время, то в дальнейшем хочется большего простора. Если не продумать чем занять детей, можно получить сгусток неуправляемой энергии. В отсутствии интересных игр детвора начинает бегать, шуметь и придумывать активное занятие себе самостоятельно. Поверьте мне, уж лучше родителям спланировать то, чем будет заниматься ребенок, чтобы как можно меньше мешать попутчикам. Листы бумаги с карандашами подойдут многим детям старше 1,5-2 лет (также есть специальные планшеты для рисования с последующим стиранием творения). Роботы-трансформеры заинтересуют малышей старше 2-х лет. Машинки годятся как детям, едва научившимся сидеть, так и дошкольникам вне зависимости от пола.
Для среднего уровня населения самым оптимальным вариантом будет нижняя полка в купе. Преимущества перед плацкартным вагоном вполне объяснимы: меньше народа ходят мимо того места, где спит ребенок (соответственно, снижаются риски внепланового пробуждения), при необходимости всегда можно закрыть дверь купе, чтобы ограничить пространство перемещения малыша. Это облегчит жизнь не столько ребенка, сколько его родителей.
