Уход за новорожденной девочкой
Как только на свет появляется малышка, у мамы сразу же возникает множество вопросов, как правильно ухаживать за новорожденной девочкой. Правила ухода за новорожденной очень важны, так как от них зависят ее будущее здоровье и полноценное развитие.
Для обеспечения полноценного ухода Вам понадобятся вазелиновое масло, детская присыпка, зелёнка, раствор фурацилина, стерильная вата, влажные салфетки, ромашка, средство от опрелостей, детское мыло, а самое главное — Ваши любовь и забота.
Гигиена новорожденной девочки
Теперь каждый новый день должен начинаться с ухода за малышкой.
- Для начала посмотрите пупок, достаточно обеспечить ему сухость и чистоту. Если на нём есть корочки, то воспользуйтесь перекисью водорода. Капните несколько капель и, когда корочки размокнут, аккуратно удалите их. После этого обработайте зелёнкой. Если же пупок гноится и мокнет, оботрите его спиртом и только потом обработайте зелёнкой.
- Каждый день протирайте ушные раковины и умывайте лицо новорожденной девочки тёплой кипячёной водой.
- Для умывания глаз намочите ватный тампон в тёплой кипячёной воде и протрите глаза от внешнего к внутреннему уголку. Если какой-то глазик больше засоряется, чем другой, то протрите его тёплой заваркой без чаинок или фурацилиновым раствором в пропорции 1 таблетка на 5 л. Для каждого глазика новорожденной девочки используйте отдельный тампон.
- От одежды кожные складки ребенка быстро пачкаются, поэтому каждый день с утра их нужно прочищать ватой, смоченной в вазелиновом масле. Масло также поможет защитить кожу ребёнка от возникновения покраснений и натёртостей, вызванных постоянным трением кожных складок друг об друга. Также в летнее время, когда новорожденной девочке исполнится 1 месяц, начинайте обрабатывать кожные складки детской присыпкой, чтобы предотвратить возникновение опрелостей.
- Как только ребёнок оправился, его нужно подмыть тёплой проточной водой. В тазике новорожденных детей подмывать нельзя. Так как это может привести к заражению мочеполовой системы малышки. После промывания под проточной водой положите девочку на столик, промокните кожу насухо и нанесите детский крем.
- Девочке необходимо прочищать носовые проходы. Для этого сверните жгутики из ваты, смочите их в масле и вставьте в носовую пазуху на 1 см, а затем начинайте аккуратно поворачивать. Носовой проход чистите новым ватным жгутиком, делайте это быстро и не используйте твёрдые предметы спички или ушные палочки, чтобы не поранить ребёнка. Сухими жгутиками из ваты прочищайте ушки, также вращая ими. Специальные ватные палочки для чистки ушей использовать нельзя, потому что они могут нанести травму и привести к образованию пробок из серы.
- Также у новорожденной девочки, как только ей исполнится месяц, нужно подстригать ногти, чтобы малышка не поранила себя. Для этого необходимо приобрести специальные ножницы с закруглёнными кончиками. Ноготки не нужно подстригать под самый корень, чтобы не нанести случайно рану. Лучше всего подстригать ноготки, когда малышка спит, и её ручки расслаблены. Если же она не спит, а Вы хотите подстричь ногти, попросите о помощи заботливого папу. Он подержит ручку, а Вы сможете подстричь ноготки.
Как купать новорожденную девочку?
Девочку следует купать перед кормлением. После кормления малышка должна спать, и её не нужно беспокоить. Наиболее удобное время – перед ужином. Для купания выбирайте тёплое помещение без сквозняков. Снимите браслеты, кольца, часы, чтобы случайно не поцарапать малышку. Приготовьте заранее мыло, полотенце, вату, тряпочку, пелёнки, масло и присыпку. На стол поставьте ванночку и проверьте, чтобы температура воды была не выше 380С и не ниже 320С. Воды налейте совсем немного, чтобы дно не было слишком скользким, постелите на дно пелёнку. Попросите в первый раз о помощи мужа, чтобы не было так страшно. Через некоторое время Вы станете намного увереннее.
Начинайте мыть новорождённую девочку с помощью ватки с головки и лица. Мойте головку с мылом 2 р. в неделю. Тельце намыльте рукой, особое внимание обратите на кожные складки. Не торопитесь и наслаждайтесь купанием. Мойте только ушки, но не слуховой проход, нос почистите влажной ваткой, смотанной в жгут. Вытирайте новорожденную девочку не спеша мягким полотенцем. Лучше всего её не тереть, а промокать. Пупок вытрите стерильной ватой. После завершения купания, если кожа ребенка чувствительная и раздражается, воспользуйтесь тальком. Сухость кожи устраняется маслом.
Очень важно в уходе за новорожденной девочкой её подмывание. Это поможет избежать воспалений. Девочку подмывайте под тёплой проточной водой, начиная с лобка и по направлению к попке. В обратном направлении ни в коем случае мыть нельзя. Малышку положите на предплечье, головка должна быть в локте, а под её попой – Ваша кисть. И в таком положении подставьте ребёнка под воду. При использовании одноразовых подгузников сразу после опорожнения их нужно менять. Иначе из-за резких движений испражнения могут вызвать воспаление. Старайтесь постоянно осматривать половые органы малышки. При появлении покраснения может помочь ванна с ромашкой. Обязательно покажите ребёнка доктору.
